Lisa Guy runs an organic dairy farm in Cornwall and manages to provide the family with about half of their food, and then trades any surplus with local retailers. She even trades her farm produce for haircuts at the local hairdressers. She's married to Piers Guy, the English windfarm developer who stars in The Age of Stupid.
