Roll out the green carpet

green carpet

Stupid fever is gripping the nation's cinemas with an extra 40 screening venues coming on board to host the People's Premiere in the past two weeks, bringing the grand total to 64 (we think - we may have lost count).

Normal film premieres are glitzy and exclusive, with nobody invited except VIPs - but the People's Premiere is different: VIPs, IPs and plain old Ps are all welcome to the world's first INclusive film launch. With screenings all the way from Plymouth to Inverness - with a solar-powered cinema tent pitched in London's Leicester Square as the jewel in the crown, the People's Premiere is also the planet's first truly green film premiere - no greenwash allowed.

Meanwhile, the founder of the Transition Town movement, Rob Hopkins, will introduce the Eden Project Premiere, while the Fulham Vue cinema is hosting a special Youth Premiere for under-18s, organised by WeCAN, with teenage speakers and action packs to take away. No unaccompanied adults allowed!

Book now to be a part of this year's most exciting film AND climate change event, as these two worlds collide in an explosion of technicolour narrative and turbo-charged motivation to act on the most important issue facing humanity today.
