After three years doing Franny's books and filing her tax returns I told her perhaps she should consider going into another business, as she seemed to work extremely hard yet never made any profit. She sent me an article she wrote for the Guardian explaining why she makes documentaries... which suddenly made perfect sense and meant I not only never suggested another career change, but was also persuaded to join the Age of Stupid deferred payment system.
