Only the gods know. Biography:
Born in US, came to Taiwan in 1977 to study, ended up with a law degree and license from the US but came back to stay in 1983, gave up commercial law and US citizenship in 2003 to start a public interest law firm and become a Taiwan citizen in 2003 (so they can’t deport me). Distressed to watch Taiwan adopting the worst of the west and hope to be a bridge for some of the better antidotes from the west for curing western ills.
