The acclaimed new climate change film, The Age of Stupid, will be shown at Narberth’s Queen’s Hall on Sunday evening at 7.30 pm.
The Age of Stupid stars Oscar-nominated Peter Postlethwaite as a man living in the devastated future world of 2055 looking back and asking, ‘Why didn’t we stop climate change when we had the chance?’
A spokesperson for Pembrokeshire Friends of the Earth, which is putting on the film, said: “This film is a powerful wake-up call that is persuading thousands of people to take action to reduce the threat of climate change.
“Two years ago, we showed, at a packed Queen’s Hall, Al Gore’s Oscar-winning film, The Inconvenient Truth. We believe that The Age of Stupid will be just as influential.”
The Age of Stupid is being shown as part of the Wales One World Film Festival and will be the final film in this season’s Film On Sunday at Narberth.
