Scottish Government Screening
5 March 2009 |
Victoria QuayConference Room 1, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, |
Scottish Ministers have said that climate change is one of the most serious challenges we face and, across the Scottish Government, in diverse areas such as energy, energy efficiency, housing, transport, planning, health, education, agriculture, forestry and waste, staff are working to contribute to the effort to cut Scotland’s greenhouse gas emissions by 80% by 2050. So many staff will have a direct interest in the film’s message that urgent action is required on climate change, but the screening is open to all staff.
Scottish Natural Heritage and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency staff are also invited to attend. No public or press will be allowed.
Seats will be available on a first-come first-served basis on the day.
